We will provide advice on choosing a respected and competent building contractor for your project. If at this stage you have already selected your contractor, we can research previous work undertaken by this contractor and verify the quality of workmanship.

We will prepare a full bill of quantities and compare it with the contractors to ensure they have included everything in their price, so there are no hidden costs or extras at the end of the job.

From the beginning of the job we will develop a thorough understanding of your requirments and help toensure you do not exceed your project budget. Our first objective will be to prepare a contract between you and your selected contractor. This will enable us to ensure your builder completes the job on the contracteddate given to you.

We will attend all site meetings and act as your representative and advise or make recommendations to achieve maximum results.

We will ensure any work that is deemed to be unacceptable , be replaced or reconstructed. All materials used by your contractor will be inspected to ensure they within specification. Our service will also guide you on making payments to your contractor especially the final payments.
