Clerk of Works Service

We will provide advice on choosing a competent builder, researching previous jobs and designs that they have completed. We will supervise and monitor all works undertaken from inception to completion on all sizes of projects (eg. extensions, renovations, new houses, commercial works, conservation, historic etc.)

• Develop a thorough understanding of the project to be constructed.
• Develop a thorough understanding of project cost.
• We will provide a continous line of communication between the owner,builder, and architect.
• We will ensure that the quality of workmanship is maintained throughout the project.
• We will ensure the builder completes job in schedule and agreed time.
• We will record weather conditions and minutes of meetings held on site between client and builder.
• Record and certify any variations made to original drawings.
• Ensure all materials used by the main contractor and sub contractor are those specified or approved substitutes.
• Attend all project meetings as the clients representative and submit report after each meeting.
• Final inspections and remedies if needed.
